Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC

Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Cordoni has a brilliant and clear colour reminescent of cherries. Its nose is characteristic and persistent with nuances of spring blossoms, wild strawberry and wild berries. You may be captivated by its dry, fresh, elegant and mouth-filling flavour.

TRAINING SYSTEM: Tendone system (high trellis supported by crossed wires Pergola Abruzzese) and Guyot;


VINTAGE: Hand-pincking, III decade of September;

VINIFICATION: Crio-maceration 12-14 hours with skins, gentle grape pressing (pneumatic press) and fermentation off the skins in steel tanks at a temperature controlled (12-14°C);

BOTTLE-AGEING: Approx 1 month;

SERVING SUGGESTION:This wine goes well with joust about everything; excellent with grilled fish and fish soup, white meat and delicate charcuterie. Serve cool, at a temperature of 8-10°C
