Vino Frizzante

Vino Frizzante Cordoni is a sparkling white wine ; straw-yellow color, with a perlage medium-fine grain with a good persistence. The nose stand out floral notes, the taste is a fresh wine, lively and balanced.

VINIFICATION:  The wine is obtained by the fermentation at low temperature of the must that comes from the soft pressure of the grapes. The refermentation took place into steel tanks at a temperature of 15° C for a period of two months MATURATION: at least 2 months in steel tanks
REFERMENTATION: 2 months in pressurised tank

SERVING SUGGESTION: Very good with appetizers and fried seafood. Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C.
